High electrical performance
A common problem with photovoltaic panels is the loss of electrical performance when the panel increases in temperature. When it happend, the efficiency of the panel is reduced by up to 0.4% for each degree of increase in photovoltaic cells.
In a hybrid panel, the water cools the back, limiting the maximum temperature of the laminate.
